There is wear on the knees typical with a machine of this age but with the gibs adjusted so the handles can be turned smoothly, the maximum rocks, or looseness as measured on dial indicators are as listed below. Y Axis Backlash: 0.006. Y Rock: 0.004. X Axis Backlash: 0.030. X Rock: 0.001. The table is 32 long. The Bridgeport machine SN is BR 59-940 and the SN of the Bridgeport head is 49-964.
