1989 Hurco KM3P CNC milling machine

I bought this machine from the original owner about 2 years ago. I have only put about 100-150hrs on it since i got it. 90% of the work i have done on this machine is aluminum. I removed the air system (air brake, low pressure lockout and pneumatic oiler). The old pneumatic oiler was replaced with an electric Bijur oiler. All oil lines and oil meters were replaced about 100hrs ago, along with a new belt/bushings in the head. The memory board was rebuilt by Martin CNC in Florida. Most recently, the spindle bearings have been re-greased with Kluber NBU 15. Only problem is that the trackball on the control panel has broken and needs to be replaced. Perfect for the small home shop, or prototype use. Has been run on a 30A breaker. The control is primarily a conversational control (in my opinion the very best conversational control on the market) but can also take NC code. Control= Ultimax II conversational/NC. Table size= 14″ x 49″. Axis travel= X – 24″, Y – 14″, Z (quill) – 5″, Z (knee) – 15.5″. Spindle motor= 3 HP. Speeds= 60-4000 (2 speed gearbox). Max cutting feedrate= 150 IPM. 1 – 250 IPM. Machine weight= 3800 lbs. Machine Dimensions= W (82″), L (88″), H (85). American Rotary 10HP rotary phase converter (converter has a single phase 220v plug, can run machine on a 30A breaker). Machine manuals (programming manual, owners manual, and original sales info). Assortment of tool holders, collets and wrenches. Spare servo encoder (all 3 servos use the same model of encoder).
