Up for sale is a COMPLETE EMCO CONCEPT TURN 55 CNC LATHE MACHINE TURNING CENTER, fully refitted with a 3-AXIS CAD-CAM-CNC machine control system from SB Precision LLC. +EMCO CONCEPT TURN 55 CNC Lathe Turning Center Machine. This is a precision small turning center machine, with precision ballscrews, built new in 2008. We have been through this machine cleaning and ensuring all functions work. The machine comes from a JobWorks training school and is in excellent shape in the original paint as pictured. Machine specifications are shown in the photos. Includes a software-controlled 8-position cnc turret with factory tooling. +Touch Screen PC Controller New touch screen Windows cnc control upgrading the original EMCO PC. Dedicated machine control hardware that runs standard G-Code. This CAD-CAM-CNC control is simple and reliable with a ton of built-in features: +Soft limits +Home switches +DRO and Backplot display +USB drive file transfer. +TurboCAD, CAM, Engraving, Conversational Utilities and BobCAD Design and CAM Software. Design to machining software, including mill and lathe CAD design, and Full CAM (g-code) module. TurboCAD , and stand alone CAM, Engraving, and Conversational macros make it easy to program your mill or work with any g-code based program. Electronic user manuals for each component, including TurboCAD (550+ pages), CNC Control (170+ pages, color), machinery overview and wiring documentation and step-by-step product user guide. This is a complete cnc lathe turning center with design, CAM, and CNC software, motors, drives, and tooling. This machine is assembled, wired, and fully tested. This machine is built, tested, and ready to go as pictured. Can this system be expanded or upgraded or used on other machines? This is a system than can be expanded and upgraded or modified to meet your needs. For example, you may use the software, control and even the motor drives on a lathe or plasma table. You can add an additional rotary 4th axis tables. We can load this machine on your truck or trailer for free. Anything else I should know? This is a complete system, wired, tested, and ready to go.
