My father has built, repaired and customized Harley-Davidsons for the past 45+ years, and has the reputation of being among the best in his field. His thousands of customers through the years would attest to this. My father set the A. A Worlds record for the fastest Shovel Head Street Super Glide in 1974; and was the first to break the 10 second barrier. He has built and worked-on hundreds of race bikes since that time. Unfortunately, my father is no longer in business and I will be assisting in the sale of all his related parts, equipment, tools and accessories. My father will not be available to answer questions but we have a couple of experts on-hand, and we will do the best we can to assist. I cannot begin to describe the parts that he has amassed over the past 45+ years. I will tell you that he has several of virtually every engine and Harley-Davidson motorcycle part you can imagine. He has a collection of engines, transmissions, frames, tanks, front-ends, rear-ends, seats, wheels, tires, and nearly every part to maintain and fix them. All his parts are sored on-site in his huge motorcycle shop or above it. It took over 150 pictures to just capture all his parts in the storage area above his shop. My father also has a vast collection of heavy machinery for his machine shop. In addition, he has a large collection of Snap-on and Matco tools and tool boxes. He has everything that a fully-functioning Harley-Davidson shop would need for repair and rebuilding motorcycles. The shop is located in the Sterling / Dixon Illinois area.
