Counter Sink & Screw Slot Router Bit 1/2 Shank Yonico 14199

Counter Sink & Screw Slot Router Bit – 1/2 Shank – Yonico 14199. Cut counter sink screw slots up to 1 deep for common #10 & #12 wood screws. A countersink is used when the fasteners head is conical in shape as in the case of a typical wood screw where the screw head needs to be flush or sit below the surface of the work piece. Alternatively, a counterbore hole is typically used when the fasteners head, such as a round head screw, is required to sit flush with or below the level of a workpiece’s surface. Our bits are constructed with a single solid carbide tip with virtually no center web resulting in a very high-quality tool. That means that your order will be at your door in no time. Our 40,000+ reviews give you the assurance that our quality and service is right at the top. DRO Digital Readout Counter for Industrial Machine Tools Lathe Milling Grinding

Installing this type of equipment can sometimes require specialist knowledge. Note that this listing is for the DRO only, I have other listings for the digital readouts with linear measuring scales as DRO kits. These DRO’s (digital readouts) have many advanced functions built in. From the pull down box (above to the right of the picture) selection can be made of different models of DRO. A VAT receipt will be sent with item. Price includes technical assistance to connect your scales to these readouts. On the rear are input connectors for connecting measuring encoders, these may be glass scales, magnetic tape (or other linear encoders) or rotary encoders. The input signals for each connector are the standard industrial’A’ and’B’ quadrature square wave – and for each axis there is a input connection for the reference pulse (when used). Measurements are derived from the A and B signals. The display of each axis can be reset to zero or set to a defined value either manually or when there is a trigger pulse on the reference input. Often this type of display is used to display the distance a machine head/axis has moved, or distance a machine bed has moved – on. Machine Tools (Lathes, Grinding, Milling, EDM Machines, Marking Out Machines etc). Other Industrial Machines in Factories or Home Workshops. Each axis display may be set to display linear measurement (mm or inch) or anglear movement from a rotary encoder (decimal degrees or degrees/minute/second). Note that a rotary encoder can be used for either linear measurement or rotary measurement dependent on the machine it is mounted to. There is facility to set resolutions of 0.1 0.2 0.5 1.0 2.0 2.5 5.0 and 10 micron. The input signals are standard A B quadrature square waves. It is possible to use with encoders of some other resolution if additional electronic devices are used – also note that to use the display with older analogue (sine wave) encoders, a seperate interpolator is needed. I can help if you have queries about the suitability of this readout for use with your existing machine and encoders. Please use the “Ask a Question” below this text. There is facility to input a linear correction factor for each axis, or to input non-linear error corrections. Each axis can be switched between a absolute and relative measurement. The display for each can be set to zero or set to a pre-set value. There are 200 Sub Datum positions (SDM memorys) which can be used as tool memorys/datums. For the Lathe digital readouts, there are the usual lathe functions e. The 3-axis Lathe DRO has three input connectors for three linear scales – but only two axis display. This is because the inputs from the linear scale along the bed of the machine is summed with the linear scale fitted to the upper compound slide – to give one axis displayed regardless of which axis is moved (carriage or upper compound slide) i. With the upper compund slide in line with the machine bed, which ever axis is moved (carriage or upper compound slide) – the correct tool position with respect to the job is displayed. The display can be switched back and forth between metric and imperial. The Milling DRO’S have a smooth and a round function for following curves, and there is a function for PCD (pitch circle diameter). There are a number of other features like chambering, tool compensation, machining oblique planes and bevels. The EDM (spark machine) DRO has a separate input connector for the cut out switch input. There are too many other features to list here for each type of DRO. There is also a built in calculator in all DRO’s. Some models of DRO are available with the optional RS232/Printer output for digitizing or printing positions – I have to get these to order. I have many years experience of installing this type of equipment in industry. Usually adapter cables have to be made to wire the output from a machines encoders, to the input of the DRO. If you need help deciding if this DRO is suitable for your machine please use “Ask a Question” below. I can travel to your site to install this equipment.
