Up for sale is an Intellitek Expertmill VMC-0600. NOTE: This is NOT a ProLight 2500 as listed in the MPN. Ball bearing linear guide rail system. X Axis: 312 mm (12.13). Y Axis: 150 mm (5.92). Z Axis: 269 mm (10.6). Open height: 279 mm (11). Table size: 436 mm x 127 mm (17″ x 5″). 2 Speed Belt Drive 0-5K. Repeatability: 0.01 mm (0.0004). Resolution : 0.0025 mm (0.0001). Stepper motors: 179 Ncm 253 oz. Feed rate: 2-2540 mm/min (0.1-100 ipm). Rapid traverse: 2540 mm/min (100 ipm). Width: 889 mm (35). Depth: 685 mm (27). Height: 850 mm (33.5). 115 kg (250 lb). United States: 115 VAC (+5%/-10%), 50-60 Hz, 15A. I built the tool changer myself with a 3D printer. The 3D printed parts are extremely high quality and robust. This tool changer takes up about half the space of the tool changer thats built by Intellitek for this machine. Im including lots of tooling with this sale, which has had little to no use. Large Shars Precision Vise. Small Shars Precision Vise. 4 ISO20 ER-16 Tool Holders. 2 ISO20 ER-20 Tool Holder NOTE: There are a total of 6 tool holders but. There are only 5 pull studs. 1 0 Metric ER-16 Collets. 5 ASE ER-16 Collets. 3 ASE ER-20 Collets. 2 brand new 1-2-3 blocks. Misc endmill cutters (just to get you started). Air mister (can be used with cutting fluid or coolant). Windows 7 computer with cable and program for running the machine. (does not include monitor, keyboard or mouse). 3D STP and STL files for the 3D printed toolholder. This CNC machine is an AWESOME first machine and is great to learn on. Its best for cutting soft materials like wax, plastic, wood, etc. I have cut some surprisingly nice parts out of aluminum as well. I have also heard of people cutting steel with this machine, but I think it would be unwise. Great for use at your home because it only requires 110V AC. This machine was owned by a school and has had very little use, which can be seen by the condition of the linear guides and spindle mechanism. It’s extremely clean throughout. A small compressor is needed to run the tool changer and air mister. The door is currently off the machine but will be installed prior to the completion of the sale. There is some damage to the bed caused by cutter contact. The aluminum parts shown in the last two pictures were made on this machine. Do this at your own risk because we will not be responsible for damage that occurs during transport. We have a loading dock and will load it onto the truck at no additional charge.
