Harbor Freight Mini Milling Machine CNC Converted

I converted this Mini Mill to CNC back in 2015 and documented the whole process on my YouTube channel Craig’s Machine Shop. See the playlist here. The mill was converted to CNC using a CNC conversion kit from CNC Fusion. The belt drive conversion kit was from Little Machine Shop. The mill includes the 4 vise in the photo. The control software is Mach3. It only has the trial version which allows for 500 lines of code. Includes keyboard, mouse, monitor, computer, control box. Includes Tormach collet for TTS Tooling. I no longer have the Xbox controller for it. A box of Misc hardware from the conversion is included. Some changes to the limit switches may be needed to get the full travels. Some of the soft limits may need to be changed in Mach 3. The X Limit switch is broken. The rapids are software limits are currently set to 40 IPM for smoother operation. I have turned this unit on, and it does run. Variable speed works on it. I have not installed this on a milling machine. The toggle handle of the power switch is broken. It will likely need replaced. This may not be a complete kit necessary for conversion! I do not know if all conversion parts are included. What you see is what you get.
