In my opinion a higher quality than the Kurt Power Drawbar? I have two power draw bars that have been sitting around for a while. Whenever I service machines I typically like to put new attachments on them. This unit functions fine although it is dirty and needs cleaned. This unit does not come with a regulator. They had a regulator on the wall that stayed at the shop.
