This is a used but fully operational Haimer Power Clamp Basic inductive shrink fit machine. The Power Clamp Basic is the economical entry into inductive shrink fit technology. Designed for simplicity and durability, it’s ideal for the price-conscious user who only needs to shrink a few tools per day. Fully functional power electronics for reliable shrinking. Mechanically simple and user-friendly design. Great for light to moderate shrink-fit use.

Note: Mill will require retrofitting with modern stepper motors, drivers, controllers and software to be operational. The mill has not been used for many years and has been in storage. It is missing the servo motor drivers and control electronics as shown in the photos. Originally these mills were controlled via PC computer. Computer and operational software is not included. There is no tooling with this unit. While there is some minor corrosion on some of the fastener heads, overall the unit is in exceptional condition. Original EMCO electrical and parts manuals come with the unit. This unit would be ideal for anyone with the abilities and expertise in CNC retrofits. These are very heavy, well constructed Austrian machines and make ideal precision machines for the CNC hobbyist. This mill was probably manufactured in the 80′s as a school training machine and appears to be in good condition for its age.
