The machine itself is in outstanding condition with no noticeable wear. The table and ways are pristine since they were never subject to any form of metalworking, and the wear/damage that would be associated with that type of use. This machine came out of a laboratory environment rather than a machine shop. As far as I’m concerned, the head is probably useless, and the value in this machine would be to mount a Bridgeport or some other smaller vertical type milling head to it.
