Upgraded Renishaw high precision XYZ probe with minimum quantity lubrication. Running windows based V7 Datron control software. 1000MM (40″) “X Travel. 700MM (27″) “Y Travel. 240MM (9.5″) “Z Travel. 1170MM X 1090MM Clamping area. 629 Inches per minute feed rate with digital servo drives. 1750MM X 1450MM X 1950MM Footprint (WxDxH). Power: 240V single phase. Has upgraded Microjet MQL system but requires hose and distribution nozzle for operation. Currently running stock suction based Alchohol MQL which is working great.
