ITEM OPERATING INSTRUCTION. Clean BT40 taper, check ER11 chuck rotates freely. Install the Pull Stud: Tighten pull stud to specified torque. Loose stud can cause disengagement and injury. Set the Output Angle: Loosen lock screws with 17mm wrench, rotate head to desired angle using scale, tighten firmly. Mount in Machine Spindle: Clean spindle bore, load angle head via ATC or manual insertion. Verify taper fully seated. Install the Cutting Tool: Insert ER11 collet and tool, thread nut by hand, tighten with ER11A spanner. Program and Machine: Set spindle speed? 5000 RPM. Program appropriate feeds and depths.
