Burke No. 4 bench top horizontal milling machine with original motor

I will pallet it and drop it off NO charge TO Fastnell. The Mill spindle bearings sound a little noise when spun by hand. I tested the motor with a VFD but I did not see the mill run under power. Looks like the is a gear rack missing that operates the saddle up and down the wiring is old and should be redone. This was acquired from a recently closed machine shop.
