Bridgeport J-head Milling Machine 1HP 208v 220V 440v 3 PH Motor and Switch

Pulled this off my mill, works fine, comes with forward reverse switch and cord. 1hp, 3 phase, 3/4 shaft. Not sure all of what machines it will fit, but it was on my Bridgeport J-head.
