Restored Atlas MFC Horizontal Milling Machine. This milling machine was bought by my brother a number of years ago to add to his machining capability in a clock restoration business. It was disassembled, cleaned, repaired and repainted. It was then set aside until it could be reassembled. Unfortunately due to an illness it was never finished by my brother. The milling machine has been reassembled by me as seen in the photos and looks to be complete. It will need a final tightening once transported to it’s new shop. The motor runs smoothly. There is a swivel vise that I think goes with the machine which is included along with a instruction and parts booklet. There is also a box of cutters (9). I will partially disassemble it to make it easier to move when it sells. Note, this is local pick-up only. If you need additional photos let me know. For sale is a Craftsman Horizontal milling machine. I believe these are made by Atlas. It’s In great shape, looks all original. Was picked up at a machinist estate sale. It’s mounted on the large surface plate. Very clean machine the table has a small mill. No broken teeth that I can see. I turned it on briefly the motor runs good. Up for sale is an Atlas MFB bench top horizontal milling machine S/N 6312. It is in great shape and works well. There is some worn spots on the paint. The table is in good shape with no drill holes but some minor dings. The Change-O-Matic power feed and the trip lever work. The back gears work. There are no chipped or broken teeth that I can see. The mill runs well in all modes; regular mode, back geared, power feed or manual feed. No noticeable play in the table or feed screws. The motor has been ungraded to a Leland-Faraday 1/3HP motor. The overarm and spindle-draw bar are removable as show in the last 2 pictures. A set of spacers for mounting cutters on the spindle are included. A copy of the manual and parts list is included.
