Really nice Milltronics VK4 3 axis CNC, get rid of that Bridgeport and step up to a commercial machine. Auto lube of ball screws and table. Cat 40 spindle 4.125 diameter. Air powered drawbar for tool changing. Quill can also move 6 by hand. Table/ knee also moves up/ down with crank 18. Rapid travels of up to 250 IPM. Ball screws are tight and quiet. This is a very versatile machine. Programs can be made at the control using conversational programming. Programs can also be imported by USB. This machine can be operated by hand if you want. Lubrication for cutting is by liquid coolant or MQL system. 7HP 3 phase 208-240. I run it on 240V single phase which derates it to 5HP. This is done on it’s own internal VFD. The control was recently sent to Milltronics and updated to the latest single BRD computer with expanded memory. You can run about as big of a program as you want. It was only sent in for the upgrade, there was nothing wrong with the system. Machine has USB to input programs. Also has rigid tap option, it needs installed. Easy to operate and I can give some on site training. Weight is about 4200 lbs. Can load on your trailer with forklift. Can bolt it to a custom made pallet for 200.00.
