I have turned this unit on, and it does run. Variable speed works on it. I have not installed this on a milling machine. The toggle handle of the power switch is broken. It will likely need replaced. This may not be a complete kit necessary for conversion! I do not know if all conversion parts are included. What you see is what you get.
