My father bought this mill (used) for hobby use approximately 15 years ago. He installed a new motor to run on single phase power in his garage. I have seen the mill in operation, but I have not used it myself so I do not have in depth knowledge of its condition. I seriously considered moving this to my own house, but it is bigger than I really need and my wife might not be as tolerant of it in the garage as my mother was. Note that the vertical adjustment crank in the pictures – it was flipped backwards when not in use to allow easier passage between the car and the mill. This is a pretty big piece of hobby equipment for a garage! I do not live in Tennessee, but I will work to answer any questions as quickly as possible. The mill is currently in a residential garage with limited vertical clearance, so it will be necessary to move the mill without the benefit of heavy equipment. Note that the item weighs approximately 1700 lbs. Found a handful of tool holders and cutter that will be included with the mill. Knowing my Dad, it is possible that some might have been homemade. As mentioned above, machining was strictly a hobby for him. Once he retired from his real job, spending a weekend making a tool was part of the fun whether it was cost effective or not.
