Ghost Gunner is a general purpose CNC mill, built upon a large body of open source work, grbl g-code motion control, and popular microcontrollers. FOR 80 PERCENT RECEIVERS AND FRAMES. No prior CNC experience required. Ghost Gunner is specially designed to manufacture a growing library of 80 percent lowers to completion. No prior CNC knowledge or experience is required to manufacture from design files. Legally in the comfort and privacy of home. Ghost Gunner is a general purpose CNC mill built upon the Ardunio micro-controller. GG2 takes it name from its second-generation, custom motion-control board, which allows it to operate as a standard CNC machine. GG2 accepts g-code from most CAM post-processors. GG2 unibody spindles are of stainless steel construction with the ER-11 collet system integrated in the shaft. They have increased radial rigidity, precision bearing diameters, and a 10x reduced initial runout specification. Included with the GG2: A DD USB with all our latest software. Ghost Gunner is built from rigid plasma-cut A36 steel and 304 stainless steel. The machine part count is greatly reduced compared to traditional CNC machines, which both increases rigidity and decreases cost. GG2 employs a horizontal milling format, a 10,000 rpm ER-11 collet unibody machined spindle and has a machinable area of 8.25 x 2.95 x 2.35.
