Comes with the original installation floppies and manual as well. A post-processor is available for Fusion 360. The CL model has encoders on the stepper motors, which means that they operate in closed loop (the motors won’t skip). By design, the motors only bolt on using two of the mounting holes; when I received it two of the motor mounts were broken, so I flipped them over and used the other holes. The leadscrews are ACME thread and use anti-backlash nuts; the X-axis nut was stripped, so I replaced it with a 3D printed anti-backlash nut. Bought this used several years ago and barely used it. Now I have a full size CNC so it’s just gathering dust. These are good machines for small machining & engraving jobs. And I believe the controller is set up for it. This is the closed loop version that has an encoder on each axis to track true position instead of just steps. What you see is what is included. I may be able to find the driver software but no promises. I’m sure they are available online as there are still lots of users of these machines out there. I’ve seen PDF manuals online as well. MAXNC-15 that spent an easy life cutting wax and proto foam once and a while. Light usage The unit has no signs of wear. The ways are beautiful the screws were replaced in 2016 and not used since 2017. Comes with parallel port controller and all mechanical componentry shown in the photos. All steppers, drive motor, controller are tested in working order when it was decommissioned in 2017. There is a rotary table that is also included. The rotary table was never used and kept in storage so it has some minor surface rust. This mill is an excellent prototyping mill and ideal for teaching CNC or setting up a benchtop or shop rig.
