The Forward and Reverse Drum Switch are in easy reach on the left side, as is the spindle brake and the Z-axis hand-feed wheel for precision boring control. The power feed rate dial, clutch, and rapid jog switch are all on the servo housing. The X-axis limit switch is wired and works well. Setting circles at both ends of the 24 table and on the Y-axis read 0.2 inches each revolution with 0.001 subdivisions. The handwheels and Z-axis crank are the standard, original metal handles. The quill has a Depth Scale, Locknuts, and a positionable Hand Feed Lever. The quill is tight, the quill lock holds securely and the. Table Clamp, Saddle Clamp, and Knee Clamp provide extra rigidity for heavy milling cuts. The mill is in very good condition, reconditioned following production shop duty, disassembled, cleaned, and lubricated. The Power Head pulls forward or back by loosening the two Head Clamping Bolts, and likewise the head rotates left and right 90 degrees by rotating the geared Head Tilting Drive Bolt.
