COMPLETE SMALL CNC MACHINE SHOP AND DESIGN STUDIO ON A SINGLE WORKBENCH! Up for sale is a CNC Lathe and milling machine with new tooling and BobCAD-CAM V35 Lathe and Mill design and CAD software. These are former educational machines that we have completely retrofitted with a new 5-Axis Ethernet CNC controller and all new electronics. The base machines are from Sherline, assembled into enclosed machining centers from Intelitek/Spectralight. The lathe has a 3 Diameter 3-Jaw chuck. Lathe Z-axis travel is 6″ and X-Axis travel is 4-5″. The mill has X and Z travel of 7-8″ and Y Travel of 4-5″ The HP PC features a brand new 24 touch screen monitor and we are including licensed new Mach and BobCAD-CAM V35 software (we are an authorized reseller for both companies). The software runs through the best motion controller on the market and supports lathe threading, electronic backlash control, and additional rotary axes and I/O. Includes new tooling- collets, quick change lathe tool post, carbide mills and a full set of indexable carbide insert lathe tools.
