I tried to restore an old 3-axis mill that had used FANUC controls. It turns out that this controller cannot read FANUC encoders. The encoder translators I bought in an attempt to use the controller failed. After months of trying to resolve the issue, I gave up and stripped the controller out and scrapped the machine. (I kept the spindle servomotor, Z-axis servomotor and the Y-axis motor). I ordered this controller with longer cables. A handheld pulse generator and the enclosure are included. THIS CONTROLLER IS NOT FOR FIRST-TIME INSTALLERS!!!! ALSO, THIS CONTROLLER IS OPEN-LOOP. THE ENCODER FEEDBACK MERELY ALERTS THE USER TO A PROBLEM, NOT TO ENSURE ACCURACY. Here we have what appears to be a henri hauser benchtop milling machine although after some research this body style is also exactly like the milling machines made by Dixi, perhaps they swapped blueprints or something. Dixi was the maker of the famous bergeon lathes back in the day. The machine is in immaculate condition, the ways of the beds are near perfect as you can still see the original scraping.
