This is a circa 1950s Original Benchmaster Milling Machine in absolutely outstanding condition. Ways are all in beautiful condition and table moves butter smooth. Extremely smooth and tight for such a small machine. This milling machine comes exactly as shown with the original stand and all components shown in the pictures. Also comes with the EXTREMELY RARE factory horizontal conversion kit. This machine was owned by a man named Harry Boller of Boller Chivens Telescope Company. I never used this machine, but it is truly beautiful. It has all of its original paint and seems to be complete in every way. Both motors are the only components that look like they were replaced. This machine turns on and runs beautiful. I think this machine should either be cleaned up, used and loved, or placed in a museum. Estate sale find, owner worked at neill -lavielle, louisville, ky, probably bought there, all the ways still have good scrape marks, no dings, model M H 7, Serial no. Spindle has a little end play, and horizontal supports doesn’t have the tube. Just what you see in picture. Out side of end play in spindle I see no wear.
