(1) – Albrecht 0 to 1/8 (0-3mm) chuck. (2) – Allen wrenches. (4) – “T” nuts. Very solid milling base & column. X travel = 61/4″, Y travel =51/4″ & Z travel = 4. All three milling axis converted to manual with custom aluminum handwheels. Backlash compensating lead screw nuts. Super smooth & accurate axis movement. 100 per rotation of handle on all three axis. Servo head has additional Z travel on column of 5 & can be rotated 270 degrees around column. Servo spindle/quill has 1-1/2 graduated travel. Use of column stop allows head repositioning which gives increased access to mill table without moving work. Servo head uses common available WW collets or Albrecht chuck using adapter. Servo head has been converted with a column lock for milling. Servo drill has variable speed motor with low & high range pulleys. Dial indicator on Servo head allows for easy reading of quill spindle position.
