2005 Haas VF-2SS machining center. It then sat for a number of years. It has been tested and appears to be running well. All axes are jogging around well. The z-axis bellows may need replaced eventually as its slats are a bit tilted and appear thin when retracting, but still functioning fine. Some components on the tool changer double arm were replaced so it will need to be realigned (which is typically standard after being moved anyways), but all other functions of the tool changer were tested and are working fine. It can be inspected under power. This configuration was built with thru spindle coolant, cabinet mist collection, and fabric bellows kits instead of metal bellows for composite / graphite machining. It does come with its coolant tray and pump, however the tray itself was stored outside for a couple years so it will need to be cleaned and/or blasted and painted as shown. Used 1997 Haas VF3 w/ 10,000 RPM spindle. We have owned this machine since around 2011. Been a great machine, we are just looking to make some changes and sell off some of our older equipment for new. Machine is ran daily, so it is under power and can be checked out anytime someone would like. This machine was originally not a Vector drive machine, but the drive failed about 2 years ago and instead of having it rebuilt we went ahead and had it converted over to Vector drive by our HFO. The machine will need a new X axis ballscrew in the near future, it has gotten pretty noisy. All the other axis sound great though. The machine was originally setup for through spindle coolant, but the pump has been removed. Could be hooked back up with a new pump setup. It also has the Renishaw probe sensor still hooked up, just no probe. PCool mount cracked and has been removed, but all the wiring is still there to hook it back up if someone wanted to.
