I have for your consideration, a Kearney and Trecker 2 D rotary head mill. It is in excellent condition with original flaking on the ways. It comes with a large selection of tooling. Large collets from 1/2″ to 3/4″, and 4 adapters with a full set of smaller collets. It has an Anilam 2 axis digital readout that is set up for. It is a 220 volt 3 phase machine. This is the very desirable power knee machine with full up and down travel and functioning limit switches. It has a power feed for the table. Y axis is manual only. Also not listed is all the manuals that come with it. There are couple specialty wrenches that come with it that are not in the photos as well. This machine was NEVER abused. Manual Bridgeport mill with variable speed drive, 42 inch table. New belts and drive bushings just installed. Head is smooth and quiet through all speed ranges. Just crank it to speed desired. No step pulleys to fiddle with for speed change. Single lever for High to Low range. Table is in nice condition with very few blemishes. Machine is clean and has been cleaned top to bottom. Way covers and one shot lube. Scraping is still in decent condition although worn somewhat at center of travel as to be expected. Table has power feed. Rapid /jog works fine. Here some other details about how the machine is worn. There is a problem with Creep Feed. It isn’t reliable. Every once in a while it will jump to rapid and jog table at maximum speed. Because of this, I don’t use it for cutting. I only use the power feed to move the table to another place quickly. The 110 volt plug box on the back of machine is wired yet not currently hooked up to main power switch. Knee gears to raise and lower table aren’t completely silent. Quill power down feed and up feed works. Could use a fine adjustment for more or less friction All in all, this is a very nice manual machine for production , general or hobby use. Not all beat up or worn out. They’re easy to hook up to a 220 circuit. Comes with collets shown and a bunch of new and used cutters not shown.
