It has scuffs and scratches from normal use. This mill currently only runs manually. The electrical portion, controller, auto-feed do not work. When the power is applied (depressing the appropriate breaker) the spindle ran smoothly and the speed can be adjusted normally. All the 3-axis (X, Y, Z) manually move easily with no problems. All the other manual levers and adjustments work well. When the controller boots up displaying, “waiting for BMDC–6″, it then displays the three-axis counters, but comes up with an error, “GP Fault – Fatal Error”, both seen in the images. We can not get past this point. If a number is typed in at this point and entered the screen goes blank. We did notice that the internal hard drive is disconnected, as seen in the image. We could not find any place to connect it to. Since we could not get past this point, none of the axis motors or controller module was tested. One of the head assembly bolts is broken off, also seen in one of the pictures. No further testing was performed. No manuals, cords/cables, or additional items are included if not listed or shown. It is missing the motor because it was used for making Edm blanks and in doing so this mill was never set up with a motor so the top end was taken off and a grinding spindle was put on the lower end.
