MAXNC10 mini CNC mill small CNC mill

Here in an older Maxnc 10 CNC mill the original electronics replaced with a StepperWorld FET 3 stepper motor controller(parallel port control) and the motors replaced with StepperWorld 23HS8603 120in. A standard PC power supply powers the electronics and the motors. I recently install 1:4 timing belt drives to get up to 20 in/min feed rate while still maintaining. The timing belt is 3/8 wide so there is no trouble with belt slipping. The mill can be converted back to direct drive easily. The resolution will change to. 00025 and 5 in/min feed. The spindle motor is 1/10 hp manual on/off. The motor is connected to the spindle with a 3-step pulley. Included are 3 collets (1/8″, 3/16″ and 1/4″) 4 “T” nuts for 1/4″-20 studs (sorry I do not have any studs or hex nuts) and a small drill chuck on a 1/4 shaft. This is a dovetail C frame machine with 8″ of X travel and 5″ of travel in the Y and Z axis. The original anodizing is still on the gibes and this is a nice tight machine.
