I have two new/uninstalled CNC controller I bought to use in my machine shop to retrofit old CNC knee mills. I had already retrofitted to other CNC knee mills successfully but I kept losing servo motors NOT due to the CNC. The mills were just too old. I have those controllers listed separately. THESE CONTROLLERS ARE NOT FOR FIRST-TIME INSTALLERS!!!! ALSO: THE CONTROLLERS ARE OPEN-LOOP CONTROL. THE ENCODER FEADBACK MERELY ALERTS YOU TO AN AXIS MOVEMENT FAULT. The picture showing the controllers as installed in an enclosure is just for reference.

I installed this CNC controller on an old CNC knee-mill and used it for a couple of years. My machinist hated it so I replaced it with an American-made CN controller. THIS CONTROLLER IS NOT FOR FIRST-TIME INSTALLERS!!!! ALSO, THIS CONTROLLER IS OPEN-LOOP. THE ENCODER FEEDBACK MERELY ALERTS THE USER TO A PROBLEM, NOT TO ENSURE ACCURACY.
