Item powers on, and everything turns as it should. Forward and reverse work. Gears look good with no broken teeth. Limit switch is stiff, and only works in one direction. This item is noisier than it should be probably, but I know little about it. I did not test the black button by the lever.

Comes with 1/4 collet installed some minor surface imperfections from where and tear from use but operates very smoothly without any issues.
