Benchtop Grizzly G0463 converted CNC mill and everything to support it. This is a rare opportunity for a hobbyist looking to get into CNC machining. This unit is a converted Grizzly G0463. The mill itself is very well built with micro switches for homing and limits on each axis, 9 total. All acme threads were removed and replaced with ball screws with a designed +\- 0.003 tolerance and larger balls to improve the advertised tolerance. The Z-axis has a lift assist kit to act like a counter-balance so that the Z stepper motor is not overworked. A computer system and software is included. The computer is fully functional. You can begin cutting once you set the machine up. The computer is old and runs on Win2000. Any computer with a parallel port can be used in its place if you would prefer to upgrade. Keep in mind a dedicated computer is better for uninterrupted machining. Most of the information and data is available. Missing is the CD for VisualMill 5.0. It is installed and runs. The hard key (USB) is included. Demonstration as of machine movement and home referencing. Demonstration of modifying an aluminum chassis.
