I have both a CNC converted Grizzly G0704 mill and CNC converted G0752 lathe. They are in excellent condition and working perfectly. It is run on Mach3 and the license is included. This is because the same controller and computer runs them both. I have made this so you only need to change the connectors (aircraft type) to use the other machine. I use quality parts to do this conversion and it only has about 500 hours between them. I have also just gone thru them and adjusted them and cleaned and greased them. They are ready to use. I will also include a lot of tooling, all is not in the photos attached, to many things for the listing but past my inventory list below for more details. Note: The tools on the wall as well as the tool boards are also for sale, but separately, and not included with the mill and lathe. This goes for the 2 gray cabinets in the photos with tooling.

Grizzly G8689 Mini Milling machine with professional ball screw conversion. Wired for and includes Geckodrive G540. All you will need is a power supply for the Geckodrive and the software of your choice. The motors are wired for plug and play operation. There are wires in the harness for limit switches but they are not installed or included. Converted the machine a few years back and made a few test cuts. Decided I needed a full size machine for what I was doing and it’s been sitting ever since. Never been used other than some test cuts. With the ball screw conversion you get extreme accuracy and speed which is what these machines need to operate successfully under computer control. It’s a nice little machine. Some light surface rust stains on the table and the rear way cover has a tear (easily repaired) but otherwise in great shape. I have always loved mini mills. I’ve owned a sherline cnc mill and a taig cnc mill. Both of those are toys next to this. Mills need mass and this thing has it. It’s heavy for its size! Those ball screws are just as beefy. Grizzly Power Feed (T10896) for G0619 Mill. I bought this sweet little unit back in 2019 but have never used it. I fitted it to the mill but find that I don’t do the kind of work that requires a Power Feed. I was drawn to this particular model because it has a clutch control that would allow me to adjust the table manually without having to push against a motor that was always engaged. Grizzly states that this device will work with the G0619 and the G0463. I’m also led to believe that it will work with any Seig X3 or SX3 mill but I only have experience with the fit on the G0619. Over the years, Grizzly changes the specs on various parts of their machines. As you can see from photo-3, the X-Axis Lead Screw on my machine sticks out beyond the end of the table by 0.375. When the Power Feed arrived, I found that the Lead Screw was too short to engage the clutch mechanism on the Power Feed. I spoke with Grizzly but they could offer no insight or make suggestions for a solution. In order to use the Power Feed, I had to mill some material off of the face of the clutch housing (See photo-2) to bring the lead screw into contact with the clutch mechanism. After that adjustment, it worked like a dream. If the lead screw protrudes more than 0.375, this unit will NOT work with your machine. If the lead screw is between 0.375″ and 0.190″ it should work but I can’t guarantee that it will – less likely as the lead screw gets shorter. Grizzly states that the Feed Rate is between 0 and 300 mm/min The high end works great but I have been unable to get the low end any lower than 70mm/min (2.7 inches/min) (See photo-5). Maybe my gibs are too tight or my ways need oil or maybe their marketing guys got a little carried away.
