Milltronics VM24 CNC 4 axis milling machine

1999 Milltronics VM-24, Full 4 axis CNC vertical milling machine. This machine is in excellent shape, holds. As you can see from the pictures, this machine has been well maintained. The only thing I have had to do to it is replace the Z axis counter-weight chains and replace the way cover wipers and the front way cover. This machine is under power, in use and works flawlessly. The spindle is very quiet, has never had a tool spun in it, and the taper is clean and burr / ding free. The Ball screws are tight as are the thrust bearings on all axis. Equipped with a Troyke 9 full 4th axis with tailstock. AC Yaskawa drives and motors on all axies. Centurion 6 control with upgraded single board computer. Networking, Digitizing, Probing, multi-format card reader, 3-1/2 floppy. 2 speed spindle motor. 8K spindle, rigid tapping, 20 pocket tool changer, 40 X 24 X 24 travels. 800 IPM rapids, chip drawers, air purge spindle, Bijur automatic lube system. DNC from the multi-format card reader up to 2GB program. DNC from Ethernet or from RS-232 programs of unlimited size. Standard G/M code, Macro, Parametric, and conversational programming. Light stains on the table, no gouges or tool marks. Program edit functions include all text edit functionality, Block editing, find and replace, etc. 3-D graphics in run and verify mode. Verify to run for mid program starts. Paint is all original with no touch-ups. Skype available for a virtual walk around. 10′ wide, 8′ deep, 9-1/2′ tall.
