No plug is included, it was temporarily hooked up for testing. Ran smoothly as far as I could tell. That was the extent of testing. Blocks shown supporting motor are not included. Appears to be in good condition except for chips in the sheaves and some surface staining. Belt has some cracking and will probably want to be replaced. Belt alignment may need to be adjusted.
