Benz CNC Mill Broaching tool

Benz Benz Broaching head for machining keyways and involute spines in CNC machining centers. Used to broach keyways in blind bores and do external and internal splines with correct tooling. The benz Broaching head allows spindle rotation while cutting allowing spindle bearing load is protected from damage. Great condition and working order. Came off my Haas VF4SS. CAT 40 spindle, currently set up for a Haas VF Mill. The Benz broaching tool allows you to use your CNC vertical mill for broaching without damaging your spindle bearings. The broach holds a very accurate fixed position while the spindle is allowed to spin at a low RPM. This continual spinning of the spindle allows the broaching force to be applied evenly on your bearings and distribute the load, thus protecting your spindle and allowing to be an effective tool for accurate broaching.
