The integrated 3-axis digital readout system displays real-time position data for longitudinal, cross, and vertical table movements on a compact liquid crystal display mounted at the front of the machine. Unpacking and Setup: Remove the wooden crate from around the machine. Unbolt the machine from the crate bottom using the proper lifting equipment. Clean all rust-protected surfaces with a mild commercial solvent, kerosene, or diesel fuel. Do not use paint thinner, gasoline, or lacquer thinner as these will damage painted surfaces. Cover all cleaned surfaces with a light film of machine oil. Assembly: Assemble the machine according to the included manual. Install the digital readout display on its mounting arm. Mount the drill chuck onto the spindle taper and secure with the M12 drawbar. Connect the power cord to a properly grounded AC 110V / 60Hz outlet. Lubrication: Fill all oil cups and grease fittings with the recommended lubricants before the first use. Advance the spindle or table to the starting position. Engage the feed and begin the cut. Use appropriate feed rates to avoid excessive tool wear or workpiece damage. Apply cutting fluid when machining steel or other ferrous metals. WARNING: This machine has rotating cutting tools and moving parts that can cause serious injury. Read the entire manual before setup or operation. Training: This machine is designed for use by properly trained and experienced personnel only. Do not operate until proper training and knowledge has been obtained. Guards: Keep all safety guards in place and in working order. Do not remove or bypass any safety devices.
