Pratt & Whitney Model C bench milling machine. The machine is pretty complete though there is no bench or drive motor. A couple of the lever handles look to have been repaired. No draw bar or collets. Looks like there is a reducing sleeve in the spindle but you could remove that. Nice clear engraved dials on the feed screws. No problem to hold it a while once you have paid.
