Latest generation 1980s Deckel FP2 manual milling machine with universal table (model 2038) and Heidenhain Positip DRO with 6 axis display capability, and tooling. Deckel FP2 vertical/horizontal milling machine. Heidenhain Positip DRO currently with 4 axis display (X, Y, Z, and 360 degree radial axis for rotating universal table). Deckel and Heidenhain operator manuals in English. Deckel universal table, type 2038, fully rotating, and 2 axis tilting. Fully integrated work light. Chip pan/flood coolant tray. 9 Deckel SK40 collets: 1/4 x 2, 5/16, 3/8, 1/2, 5/8, 3/4, 7/8, 1. SK40 Morse 2 adapter with Jacobs drill chuck. SK40 Morse 3 adapter. Deckel ER type collet system: 10 collet holders, spanner wrench, and 35 collets. 2 different drive ring adapters with appropriate drive dogs: 1 for SK40 MT adapters and other for Deckel ER type collet system. 5/8 threaded adapter for use/conversion to standard BT40 tooling. 2 different spindle draw bars: standard Deckel and 5/8-11 thread. 3 horizontal milling arbors with spacers. Overarm support for horizontal milling, nearly perfect condition. Dust cover for use in horizontal milling operations. Brand new Teco hold down/clamp set with metal case/bracketnever used. Bench mount Deckel collet changing block. Note: sale does not include the essentially perfect attached Kurt DX6 vise, although everything is negotiable. Excellent condition FP2 manual machine (vertical and horizontal) made for the American market with inch dials and a 230 volt, 3 phase, 4 hp spindle motor. All geared spindle, 40 taper, infinitely variable speed 3 axis feed with independent DC drive motor. Original paint in fantastic conditionlook at pictures. This machine is arguably the nicest latest generation FP2 in the world, other than a reconditioned machine from either Singer in Germany or Wallima in Switzerland. Also, those machines would cost significantly more and be metric based, not standard/inch like this one, and located in Europe. Minimal backlash (0.003 X axis and 0.008 Y axis). Independent motor 3 axis infinitely variable speed DC drives. Both spindle motor and 3 axis drive motor are extremely quiet (I have video of machine running that I can send). Machine can be fully run with no significant heating of motors. The universal table rotates 360 degrees with a three speed transmission corresponding to the C axis on the DRO and tilts two directions by screws. Original Deckel dial indicators on table are fully functional for quick return back to zero. I bought the machine from that dealer who has an extensive history with all things Deckel. He is easily found on Pract Machinist forum. Of note, he is not involved in this sale whatsoever, and other than purchasing this machine from him, I have no relationship with him. Its too capable and amazing of a machine to be a shop/garage queen. The machine is located in Portland, OR, is hooked up to power, and can be inspected and run for demonstration. I know the price is expensive. I know exactly what this is and what the tooling costs. Yes, the price is negotiable, but Im in no rush to sell so please dont waste time with low ball offers. The machine is for sale on more than one website and is subject for local sale. I have a pallet jack and can roll machine around on its pallet.
