Volstro Rotary Milling Head R8 Shank Complete with 7 Collets. Everything appears to be in excellent shape and it all appears to be there. Sherline 5400 mill cnc conversion kit complete with masso controller. I got talked into purchasing this complete kit to convert my 5400 mill to Cnc by a friend who assured me he knew how to program, read, write the code necessary to start making stuff. Well turns out he knew nothing. I installed all the components we called sherline (they are great) who verified my work was done correctly and walked us through all the axis’s XY and x. Well my friend fessed up he had no clue about Cnc and I don’t either so I carefully removed and labeled everything so I can get on with making chips manually. My loss is your gain. Everything is here except the paper speed reader which is glued to the headstock pulley. These are available from sherline for a couple of bucks.
