Dyna Myte DM2400 CNC Vertical Milling Machine + Retrofit Kit Excellent Condition. Mill is set up as it originally was. I never installed it. You could keep it as it is and work with DYNA Language as it is explained in the Original manuals that go with the Mill. Or you can install the retrofit kit and get much more power and use any G code based programs to run her. The Mill has had VERY Little use. It was originally just used for light engraving by the original owner, the second owner never used it and I have only used it once to try it out in15 years. The table looks new. All the paint is original and hardly any signs of ware. The plastic oiler hose has dried and cracked and the accordian chip guard has also died with age and needs replacement. The oiler works fine. The Retrofit Kit has power supplies and control boards for 4 axises. Four new Stepper motors, and wire to connect them. Manuals for how to do the retrofit are included. There is no fixture for the 4th axis, but there is the motor and controller for it. This is in beautiful condition. The table and ways look new. Also, those machines would cost significantly more and be metric based, not standard/inch like this one, and located in Europe. Minimal backlash (0.003 X axis and 0.008 Y axis). Independent motor 3 axis infinitely variable speed DC drives. Both spindle motor and 3 axis drive motor are extremely quiet (I have video of machine running that I can send). Machine can be fully run with no significant heating of motors. The universal table rotates 360 degrees with a three speed transmission corresponding to the C axis on the DRO and tilts two directions by screws. Original Deckel dial indicators on table are fully functional for quick return back to zero. I bought the machine from that dealer who has an extensive history with all things Deckel. He is easily found on Pract Machinist forum. Of note, he is not involved in this sale whatsoever, and other than purchasing this machine from him, I have no relationship with him. Its too capable and amazing of a machine to be a shop/garage queen. The machine is located in Portland, OR, is hooked up to power, and can be inspected and run for demonstration.
