For sale is my EMCO PC55 milling machine. I have had this for several years and used it on several jobs but do not use it enough anymore to warrant keeping it around. The computer has been upgraded with more memory, and comes with software and card to operate the EMCO mill. Also the joy stick can be used to jog the table and spindle around. It operates off standard 110V household current. The travels are ball screws. Spindle RPM max 3500, and travel 75ipm. It is dated 2000 so is 15 years old but does not look it. It is a very heavy machine and capable of precision machining. I used it to machine brass though it will machine other metals including steels if you use lighter cuts and adjust speeds and feeds accordingly. This is much more stable than the currently available mini cnc mills. Included are 20 or more various Cat30 tool holders and some blue wax to practice machining on. Travels: X=7.48 inches, Y = 4.92 inches, and Z = 7.48 inches. Table size: 16.5 X 4.92 inches. The machine dimensions are 840 X 865 X 816 mm or roughly 33x32x34 inches. The only issue I have had with it is at start up when I go to zero machine axis. Sometimes I have to try several times before it zeros. I do not know why. This mill weighs roughly 350 pounds.
