Unfortunately for this project (but fortunately for me) things in my life have taken a drastic turn and i have joined the military. The machine has never been used and will come with all parts that were originally included. There are some minor scrapes from being moved to the storage unit, but i suspect the machine will see much more than these with daily wear and tear in it’s new owners shop/garage. I have kept all ways and table oiled so corrosion is not an issue. This mill is new out of the box and ready to be used! Just to be clear, this g0704 has never taken a cut and will need the factory break in procedure performed by the new owner, just like you pulled it out of the box. Machine has seen very light use, and runs flawless. After break was performed i would say less than 2 hours on the machine. Still has cosmoline on the ways as illustrated in my picture. Only thing you need is the motors, and drive box (less than 450 bucks) and you have a fully operational machine ready to make parts. The saddle has already been milled out so everything is ready to just bolt in, no drilling or tapping is required. Just need to pack two bearings, install the kit. Only turned it on a few times after proper spindle bearing break in. Drill chuck, r8 collet set, 2 and 4 flute endmill set, 4 vice. Will need an andriod device to use for a screen. Cnc kit to convert your grizzly g0704 milling machine to full cnc. This is a custom fit cnc hardware kit. Made to exacting standards for the g0704 milling machine. It will also fit the. Athemasters also sells a compatible milling called the lmt-25l.

The x axes includes a built in bearing grease cap. This kit includes the stepper motor couplers for. The 570 oz steppers with the 3/8 output shafts. You will receive all the mounting nuts and bolts and simple.

Instructions to install the kit. The y carriage will need to have a pocket milled into it to allow for the x axes nut to clear the table. I also have videos of the kit installed on a g0704 mill doing backlash. Test on youtube under the name arizonavideo99. This kit should fit mills with tables that are 26.5 long.

Some mills have shorter tables please check. Hole placement can vary on the china mills. If a part will not fit i can replace or re mill the part, just ask.
