It runs and sounds good. Power Switch works, the external or outer rubber/ silicon cover for switch is dry and broken. Missing rear cover clasp. Bit tip bearing is a little rough but turns, easy replacement.

To my knowledge the CNC electrical components are fully functional. I even included an image of the CNC controller and display powered up (only needs 24v DC). What you see is what you get, along with a box of cables, connectors and fiber optic cables not shown. The parts were removed with care as not to damage them.
