Leblond Makino KE55 3 Axis CNC Milling Machine YR 1994. This is the ultimate small milling machine for any large shop or small home shop. All axis’s are heavy duty Box Way design. It is designed and built for rugged yet very precise milling in a small package. This machine can be operated fully manual by use of the handwheels located on the front of the machine. It can also be operated by means of the Fanuc Professional Jr side of the controller which consists of conversational programming such as internal/external pocket milling, angle milling and rigid tapping cycles. The 3rd way to run the machine is running it as a full 3 axis milling machine with all the features of a full blown CNC milling machine ie circle interpolation, Helical Interpolation, rigid tapping, thread milling etc etc. These mills have been a great asset to our company for small runs & prototypes as well as a great training tool to transition from a conventional machinist to a CNC machinist.
