I also have a 1340 Lathe for sale – see my other listings. I bought this a few years ago from the City of Dayton Ohio public school system exactly how you see it. Comes with a Kurt vise as seen in the photos. The handle for the Kurt vise is missing and also the handle for the Z axis is also MIA. The main motor works fine in both directions and is 3hp variable speed. The ways look nice, but it does have some light surface rust that should clean up very easy. It has been indoors in my barn. There is a wire hanging near the quill that leads to the controller. Since I don’t know how to run a CNC, it’s too much of an investment for me to gamble on. Located in Sheffield OH 44054. I have a forklift to assist loading. Please don’t show up in anything less than a 3/4-ton truck. A heavy-duty trailer is better.
