USED, MACHINE SHOP MADE, INDEX HEAD. IT COME WITH A DRAW BAR FOR 5C COLLETS, BUT THE SPINDLE WILL NEED A TAPER ADAPTER SLEEVE FOR 5C COLLETS. NO TAPER ADAPTER SLEEVE INCLUDED. THE SPINDLE TURNS FINE. THE INDEX PIN CATCHES THE INDEX HOLES. SOME OF THE HOLES HAVE WEAR ON THEM. THERE ARE MEASUREMENTS IN THE PICTURES. THERE ARE SCUFFS, SCRATCHES AND WEAR FROM USE. LOOK AT THE PICTURES.
