These are former educational machines that we have completely retrofitted with a new 5-Axis Ethernet CNC controller and all new electronics. The base machines are from Sherline, assembled into enclosed machining centers from Intelitek/Spectralight. The lathe has a 3 Diameter 3-Jaw chuck. Lathe Z-axis travel is 6″ and X-Axis travel is 4-5″. The mill has X and Z travel of 7-8″ and Y Travel of 4-5″ The HP PC features a brand new 24 touch screen monitor and we are including licensed new Mach and BobCAD-CAM V35 software (we are an authorized reseller for both companies). The software runs through the best motion controller on the market and supports lathe threading, electronic backlash control, and additional rotary axes and I/O. Includes new tooling- collets, quick change lathe tool post, carbide mills and a full set of indexable carbide insert lathe tools.

Haas updated the software and installed a new dual battery Jan’24. This is my machine that I often see posted for prices that I’m not asking. The machine is located on my property, ready to go. I have both a CNC converted Grizzly G0704 mill and CNC converted G0752 lathe. They are in excellent condition and working perfectly. It is run on Mach3 and the license is included. This is because the same controller and computer runs them both. I have made this so you only need to change the connectors (aircraft type) to use the other machine. I use quality parts to do this conversion and it only has about 500 hours between them. I have also just gone thru them and adjusted them and cleaned and greased them. They are ready to use. I will also include a lot of tooling, all is not in the photos attached, to many things for the listing but past my inventory list below for more details. Note: The tools on the wall as well as the tool boards are also for sale, but separately, and not included with the mill and lathe. This goes for the 2 gray cabinets in the photos with tooling.

Full 3 axis mill. The CNC z axis is the quill but has quite a bit of travel, the knee also moves up and down. NMBT-40 taper spindle with Kurt power draw bar. (parts for the drawbar and tooling are readily available online). Machine comes with roughly 20 tool holders. Face mill holders, drill chuck, ER collet holders and solid end mill holders. The control is a Dynapath Delta 10 controller. It has a conversational programming language and can load CAM programs over USB serial connection. I ran fusion 360 and mastercam 2021 on this machine without issue and both have posts specific for the machine. The previous owner had a second of the same machine and upgraded the control. He saved the control electronics from that machine for back up parts if needed for this machine. (Also comes with the sale). Spindle is program controlled for start stop with a brake for tool changing.
