Mill inside and outside diameters with power feed. Replaces cumbersome rotary work tables. Intricate operations such as any combination of angles and radii, angles tangent to radii, and radius blending into radius – can be performed with a single setup. Housings are fine-grain cast iron alloy. Hardened and thread ground lead screw. Hardened and ground shafts. Hardened and ground collet nut. Collet shaft mounted with precision grade timken tapered roller bearings. Cross slide graduations: 0.001. Quick reading scale: 0.050.
