Servo type 150 power feed. Neither had any of the adaption components other than the bracket for the X-axis which is present in the photos. Visually, both appeared almost new. A friend put the other servo feed on a vintage round overarm Bridgeport and it has been performing flawlessly the last couple of years. Powering this one up, all features functioned properly. Nothing is loose or wiggly. The switches are nice and crisp and the speed dial is even along the range in both directions. The few marks that are in the casing paint are likely due to how it was packed and moving the unit about. I didn’t find any chip debris which is unusual if it was used for more than a few hours. Removing the bottom cover and viewing the nylon gear under magnification, I could see no wear; the gear tooth form looks factory fresh. The limit switch cord has a tear in the electrical cord casing caused by me moving a rather stout rotary table with no help. I found myself having to land that table rather quickly and the edge caught the wiring line at an angle. It needs a tad of cleaning and some lubrication on the moving parts and bearings. Having used all kinds of power feed units over the decades, the Servo 150 gets high marks. The low speed regulation, torque, and the smoothness of the speed control is generally superior to most imports. In addition, the limit switch is not one of those plastic units with exposed springs on either side under a plastic cover. Servo makes nice stuff.
